Lead To Results (LTR) gathers independent marketing and sales development contributors as needed to support marketing initiatives for public and private sector clients, including for- and non-profit corporations, government agencies, associations, and economic development organizations. Our proven results have led to long-term relationships with clients that enable us to develop "go-forward" business programs over years of engagement.

LTR associates view marketing and business development through the eye of the client's client; in other words, the business customers that we are working to develop. This business perspective helps focus our research analysis to pragmatic, defensible, and economically feasible strategies and recommendations. In particular, our emphasis on business practicality leads us to adopt principles of asset-mapping - where businesses and organizatons understand "what we have" in terms of unique resources and differential assets - in nearly every project. Bev Arnoldy's career encompasses the following professions: marketing consultant, program manager, content writer, trainer, and software and web developer. Bev's background spans over 30 years of software and systems development, technical writing, usability analysis, and training at market leaders such as Intel, Argonne Laboratories, Honeywell, Schlumberger, Network General and Mentor Graphics. Her industry experience enables her to understand the technical details of any project. Her project experience includes computer software and Internet applications in healthcare, PC utilties, human resources, database servers, and consumer products. She is an experienced leader of non-profit development organizations and frequently mentors professionals on development and employment opportunities.

Bev holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota. She is also a Director on the board of the Friends of Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge and a founding Board member for the South Pacific County Community Foundation.

Kelly‘s experience in technology and services business development spans 30 years. He is accomplished in building and leading effective teams for sales, marketing, and product development. As principal of LTR, he has helped businesses discover and implement distinctive product and service plans that lead to results.  He works with corporate clients to hone their customer focus, build and execute their business or product plans, create or redirect development programs, and communicate their positioning and branding effectively.  As Director of Worldwide Sales Programs for Autodesk Inc., he was responsible for development and execution of 150+ annual customer and sales events, including audience experience and learning/lead development objectives for user conferences, trade shows, virtual (online) programs, and sales meetings.  As Director or Worldwide Sales for Mentor Graphics Corporation, he directed sales of software products for embedded processor design and was responsible for worldwide sales development, including channels marketing, reseller channels, telesales/telemarketing, and field technical education.

Kelly graduated from Southern Illinois University with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Computer Science. He sits on the Board of Trustees for DePaul Industries in Portland, OR.


About Jill Dornan

Jill Dornan assists growing organizations to reach their business objectives through effective communications strategy and execution. She works with clients to understand market and competitive dynamics, drives message development and positioning to differentiate her clients and effectively reach their target audiences. Her communications experience includes advertising, competitive intelligence, direct marketing, marketing collateral and public relations. Among the organizations Jill has worked with are industry leaders such as American Red Cross, IBM, Oracle, Philips and Raychem.

Her background includes fifteen years in marketing management and development positions, including Competitive Analysis/Account Director with Brodeur Worldwide (communications consultancy), Marketing Director at DFI (international computer and component manufacturer), Marketing/Development Director with Community Services Planning Council (data services for business and economic development, and a non-profit incubator). Jill also has extensive experience working with associations and governmental organizations, bringing together diverse representatives and achieving results.

Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in government and economics from California State University, Sacramento. She is a member of the American Marketing Association, the Oregon Entrepreneur Forum and the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals.
